I am extremely disappointed with the Audionic Akasaki Bluetooth speaker I received. It's clear that the product has been used previously, with noticeable scratches and marks on the surface that seems to be used. To make matters worse, the warranty expired back in 2021, and the speaker is malfunctioning, failing to connect properly via Bluetooth.
I demand a return or replacement for this defective product.

I had also ordered 2 of these speakers from Audionic as well a couple of days before but the quality from their side was full of crap and comprised of cheap material.
This one from you guys is the genuine product which even the company doesn't have on their end.
