Original product was delivered in 1 day. Entire process was very smooth, regarding every step I had a notification. Once I placed the order, I was shared a video as well when it was available. All things were provided with the phone as per company policy. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Everything was fantastic the price, delivery timeframe, accessories, and customer service. Overall, my experience was excellent. The only disappointment was the gift packaging. I paid an additional Rs. 200 for this service, so I expected a premium presentation. Unfortunately, the phone was wrapped using yellow tape instead of transparent tape, which didn't look appropriate for gift packaging. If customers are paying extra for gift wrapping, the packaging should reflect the same high standard as the rest of the service. I hope this can be improved because everything else was truly outstanding.
