I received the phone within a day, well ahead of the expected delivery time. The delivery was super fast, and the phone arrived original and properly sealed. The IMEI also matches between the phone and the box. However, I have two concerns that I would like to report: 1. PTA Approval: As mentioned on the PriceOye website, the phones are advertised as PTA-approved. Unfortunately, the unit I received was not PTA-approved. I understand that the customer service team has informed me that the phone will be tax-paid within 7 days, but ideally, a brand-new and expensive phone should be PTA-approved at the time of delivery. 2. Open Parcel Delivery: What is the purpose of the open-parcel delivery option if the rider collects the payment first and only then asks the customer to unbox the parcel? The whole purpose of open-parcel delivery should be to allow customers to inspect the product before making the payment. Overall, I am satisfied with the fast delivery and the condition of the phone, but I hope these two issues can be addressed to improve the customer experience.
