They gave used phone and also it was scratched. And when i ask for refund and return they denied it saying it not thier concern. I must contact the Xiaomi customer support. If i paid them why they are suggesting me to contact the brand customer support. Very disappointed. I bought phine 5 to 6 times but this was my first bad experience and most probably last phone to buy from them
