The watch is really good, and my wife loves it—great gift choice. However, the delivery service (M&P) needs serious improvement. Their behavior was unprofessional, and they delayed the product without any clear reason. Even after providing the tracking details and my email, there was no proper communication. They just kept asking me to wait another two days without justification. Overall, the product is excellent, but the delivery experience was disappointing.
