Issue with One Side Not Working – Air39 Wireless Headset

I recently ordered the Air39 Wireless Headset (ENC, V5.3) from your platform. I received the product in good condition, but unfortunately, only one earbud is working, while the other remains completely silent.
I’ve already tried the following:
Resetting the earbuds
Cleaning the charging contacts
Re-pairing with multiple devices
Ensuring both buds are fully charged
Despite all efforts, the issue still persists. Since this seems to be a hardware defect, I kindly request your support for either a replacement or a refund as per your warranty policy.
Please advise the next steps at your earliest convenience.
