Exceptionally good service. Got an excellent deal that was much less than normal market rate. My earbuds were delivered in 3 days only and the good thing was that the rider himself encouraged me to make the product video at delivery time. And one bonus point is the product packaging was well padded and there was no damage to the box.

If you have used other Beats products before, you'll find this product below-average; it does not connect and sync well, features are extremely limited for the price, not to mention it is only compatible with Apple devices. So overall, for the first product, it could be fine for the price, but people who have used better products will have a difficult time working with the Beats Studio Buds. I was using Beats Fit Pro, and it was actually the best one I had used till date.
Also, for running and workouts, Studio Buds work pretty well and can be considered a good budget option.
