The sound quality is amazing; I'd say the best in its class! The mic quality & noise cancellation are good as well. However, I noticed an issue with the charging case lid; it feels slightly loose and wobbly. I'm not sure whether this is a manufacturing defect specific to my unit or something caused during shipping & handling, but i felt it necessary to mention. In terms of durability, I'm not entirely satisfied and have concerns about how long it will last due to this issue!
