I’m happy with the Redmi Buds Pro S — the product itself is good and the seal was intact. However, the outer packaging wasn’t up to the mark, and the box arrived slightly dented. The biggest disappointment was the delivery service, which was very slow and poorly handled. This definitely needs improvement.
