I placed an order on August 6, 2024, and received it by August 8, 2024, which is an impressive delivery time. The packaging was excellent and clean, and the customer service was commendable. The product is generally of high quality; however, I've encountered an issue where only the right earbud emits a buzzing sound upon receiving a signal. This occurs when I switch or pause music, videos, or when scrolling through videos on social media. I believe this issue is isolated to my unit, and I am willing to provide a video of the buzzing sound and the unboxing. Apart from this, the PriceOye website offers a great online shopping experience.
